L&S was involved in a project where most of the guestroom pieces were designed as floor to ceiling custom millwork units.

We reworked the whole design to make it modular for adjustability in the field, and to mass produce almost all the pieces. This resulted in 40% cost savings for the client vs their initial millwork budget.
